Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Aithere. By using Aithere, you agree to them.

Who we are

Aithere is operated by aithere co ltd., 47 Moo 1, Surat Thani, Thailand. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@aithere.org.

The terms

1. Using Aithere
Aithere is a scheduling tool for specialists and clients to manage availability and bookings. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure.
2. Who can use Aithere
You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use Aithere, and you're responsible for ensuring your use complies with any laws that apply to you or your business.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Aithere — including not attempting to access other users' accounts or data without authorization, not using the service to send unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent content, and not interfering with the normal operation of the service.
4. Bookings are between you and your clients
Aithere provides the scheduling tool, but the underlying appointment or service is an agreement between the specialist and the client. Aithere is not a party to that agreement and is not responsible for its performance.
5. Optional Google Calendar connection
You may optionally connect a Google Calendar to your Aithere account. If you do, you authorize Aithere to check free/busy status and to create, update, or delete calendar events corresponding to bookings you confirm, as described in our privacy policy. You can disconnect this at any time, and doing so does not affect your ability to use the rest of Aithere.
6. Your content and data
You retain ownership of the information you submit to Aithere. You grant us the limited right to use it to operate and provide the service to you, as described in our privacy policy.
7. Availability of the service
We aim to keep Aithere available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and the service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued from time to time.
8. Termination
You may stop using Aithere at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the service or other users.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Aithere is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, aithere co ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll take reasonable steps to let you know, such as posting a notice on this page. Continued use of Aithere after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
