Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data Aithere collects, why, how long we keep it, and the choices you have about it — including any data accessed through an optional Google Calendar connection.
Who we are
Aithere is operated by aithere co ltd., 47 Moo 1, Surat Thani, Thailand. If you have questions about this policy, contact us at support@aithere.org.
What we collect
Account information you provide (name, email, business name), and availability and booking data you or your clients create while using Aithere. If you write to our support address, we keep the contents of that correspondence.
Why we process your data
We process this data because it's necessary to provide the scheduling service you've asked to use, and, where you choose to connect Google Calendar, on the basis of the consent you give at the time you connect it.
Google Calendar access
If a specialist chooses to connect Google Calendar, Aithere requests access only to check free/busy status on that calendar and to create, update, or delete the specific calendar events that correspond to bookings the specialist has confirmed inside Aithere. We do not access email, contacts, files, tasks, or any other Google data. Connecting a calendar is always optional and off by default.
We do not sell calendar data, and we do not use it — or any data obtained through Google Calendar access — for advertising, ad targeting, or profiling of any kind.
Cookies and tracking
This website is static and does not set cookies, does not use analytics, and does not track visitors in any way. Nothing on aithere.org loads third-party tracking scripts or advertising pixels.
How long we keep data (retention)
- Google Calendar access and data: we do not store a copy of your calendar. Free/busy information is checked at the time it's needed and not retained beyond that check. Data about the booking-related events we create is kept only for as long as your calendar connection stays active, and is deleted when you disconnect it.
- Support correspondence: emails sent to support@aithere.org are kept for as long as needed to handle your request, and for a reasonable time afterward in case you follow up, after which they are deleted.
Who we share data with
Booking and availability data is visible to the specialist and the client involved in that booking. We do not share Google Calendar data with any third party for their own purposes, and we do not sell personal data to anyone.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent for optional features like calendar connection at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact support@aithere.org.
Disconnecting your calendar and deleting data
You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from within Aithere. Once disconnected, Aithere immediately stops accessing your calendar and stops creating, updating, or deleting events on it. To request deletion of any data Aithere still holds related to a past calendar connection or bookings, email support@aithere.org and we will delete it, except where we're required to retain limited records for legal or security reasons.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll take reasonable steps to let you know, such as posting a notice on this page.
